Returns, Refunds, and Claims
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up until the time they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Exchanges
To start a return, exchange, or file a claim please visit our return portal here.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on products with manufacturer defects, or which are damaged during shipping. To request a return or exchange based on damage or defect. Visit our return portal within 30 days of delivery to start your return.
Refunds
If we are unable to satisfactorily resolve a product concern, we will refund an item. To be eligible for a refund, please visit our return portal within 30 days of delivery of your order. Once your return has been received and verified with your order, we will issue a refund of the purchase price within 10 business days. Note that shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in some other way – please contact us at support@honchoslides.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We value you as a customer and will strive to keep you happy with your purchases.
Circumstances where we cannot issue a refund or exchange:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing the wrong shipping address.
- All our products are clean and new from the manufacturer. Due to this standard, we are unable to accept the return of slides which are correctly delivered as ordered and show signs of wear. We can only accept a return that is in brand new condition.
