The material of the slides are made from EVA, which are completely waterproof!

Order processing and handling time takes 2-4 business days. Delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination.
Orders shipped to the US will take 10-15 business days to arrive. International orders can take between 7-20 business days for arrival.
Please note that due to COVID-19 disruptions to the global supply chain and shipping carriers, shipping and order processing may suffer unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience, as these issues are out of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders can be cancelled up until the time they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on products with manufacturer defects, or which are damaged during shipping. To request a return or exchange based on damage or defect:
- Notify us within 30 days of delivery at email@example.com to receive a replacement item.
- Include in your request a description of the problem, and attach photos that show the damage or defect.
- We reserve the right to require the product be returned for further verification. Return shipping payment and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the issue is verified, we will process a replacement order.
If we are unable to satisfactorily resolve a product concern, we will refund an item. To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of delivery of your order.
- In your message, include a description of the problem and attach photos that show the issue or defect.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided once the information is received and accepted. Return shipping cost and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your return has been received and verified with your order, we will issue your refund within 10 business days.
- Note that shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in some other way – please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We value you as a customer and will strive to keep you happy with your purchases.
Circumstances where we cannot issue a refund or exchange:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing the wrong shipping address.
- All our products are clean and new from the manufacturer. Due to this standard, we are unable to accept the return of slides which are correctly delivered as ordered but do not fit properly. If you have questions about sizing, please check our sizing guide and measure your foot in cm to compare to the sizing guide. If you have additional questions, please contact us prior to ordering.
