1. Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against a wall.

2. Place one foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.

3. Trace the outline of the outside edge of your foot with the pencil held vertically. You may want to have someone help you with this step. Try not to hold the pencil at an angle, as that can cause an improper measurement.

4. Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure the longest part of your outline in centimeters.

The material of the slides are made from EVA, which are completely waterproof!

Order processing and handling time takes 2-4 business days. Delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination. 

Orders shipped to the US will take 10-15 business days to arrive. International orders can take between 7-20 business days for arrival.

Please note that due to COVID-19 disruptions to the global supply chain and shipping carriers, shipping and order processing may suffer unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience, as these issues are out of our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up until the time they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on products with manufacturer defects, or which are damaged during shipping. To request a return or exchange based on damage or defect. Visit our return portal within 30 days of delivery to start your return.

Refunds

If we are unable to satisfactorily resolve a product concern, we will refund an item. To be eligible for a refund, please visit our return portal within 30 days of delivery of your order.  Once your return has been received and verified with your order, we will issue a refund of the purchase price within 10 business days.  Note that shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in some other way – please contact us at support@honchoslides.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We value you as a customer and will strive to keep you happy with your purchases.

Circumstances where we cannot issue a refund or exchange:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing the wrong shipping address.
• All our products are clean and new from the manufacturer. Due to this standard, we are unable to accept the return of slides which are correctly delivered as ordered and show signs of wear. We can only accept a return that is in brand new condition.
